Relationship Therapy
Navigating Romantic Relationships
Romantic relationships can provide us with so much love, joy, and intimacy. Simultaneously, they can be the source of a lot of conflict, frustration, hurt, and anxiety. You might see a future in your relationship, but a few things get in the way. Sometimes, you or your partner might not feel able to communicate in fear of hurting each other’s feelings or changing your relationship. Sometimes, people have needs or wants that they don’t know how to ask for. And sometimes, you might find you and your partner having the same argument again and again with no resolution. I provide therapy to help build a stronger foundation in your relationship to grow and thrive.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I take a relational approach into therapy which looks at interpersonal dynamics to inform what issues you might be experiencing. I work to identify and improve communication, intimacy, and understanding in your relationship. I aim to create a safe space for you and your partner(s) to explore, learn, and grow together. I believe that it is never too early or too late to start therapy for your relationship.
