When overrun with daily tasks and life stressors, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and unable to make progress towards greater life goals. You can want more for yourself and also feel stuck in the same places repeating the same patterns. Even when you’re doing things, it can be hard to recognize the progress you’re trying to make. It can be a daunting process knowing where to begin and how to challenge yourself. Therapy can help you feel less overwhelmed and overrun with guilt and shame by creating a space to foster self-compassion and empowerment. Therapy can challenge beliefs and narratives that can often fuel our stuckness and feelings of futility. With a nonjudgmental listening space, we can learn more about why you think and feel a certain way to better understand yourself, your needs, and your wants. Together, we can learn how to feel more self-assured and self-confident to approach challenges and difficulties.
