Even when you’re doing things, it can be hard to recognize the progress you’re trying to make. It can be a daunting process to know where to begin and how to challenge yourself.

Therapy can help you feel less overwhelmed and overrun with guilt and shame by creating a space to foster self-compassion and empowerment. Therapy can challenge beliefs and narratives that can often fuel our stuckness and feelings of futility. With a nonjudgmental listening space, we can learn more about why you think and feel a certain way to better understand yourself, your needs, and your wants. Together, we can learn how to be feel more self-assured and self-confident to approach challenges and difficulties.
